In 2015, Shirin Saleh, an entrepreneur and dynamic leader, founded 88West Realty in West Vancouver with a clear mission: to raise the standard of real estate services across British Columbia.

Today, under her leadership as CEO and Managing Broker, 88West Realty has grown into a respected brokerage offering services in residential, commercial, property management, and business transactions.

Shirin brings a wealth of knowledge as a university educator, entrepreneur, and industry leader. She holds a BA, MA, MBA (Royal Roads University), and Pre-PhD (Edinburgh University), and also serves on the Greater Vancouver REALTORS® (GVR) Board of Directors.
