In 2015, Shirin Saleh, a dynamic leader with a heart for change, founded 88West Realty in West Vancouver. From day one, Shirin’s mission was clear: build a brokerage that prioritizes trust, integrity, and client satisfaction while uplifting the community. That same year, she co-founded Flowers for Kids with Cancer, a charity dedicated to supporting children with cancer and their families. Our first office, a cozy space in West Vancouver, was split equally between 88West Realty and the charity, a testament to our belief that business thrives when it gives back.

From that small West Vancouver office, 88West Realty has blossomed into a powerhouse with two locations: our flagship office at 970 Marine Drive, North Vancouver, and a second office in Coquitlam (temporarily closed).
