At 88West Realty, we priorities health and safety for our staff, licensees and our clients/prospects. We would like to assure you that we work under strict compliance with the BC Centre for Disease Control (CDC) and adheres to the guidelines provided by Health Canada and the World Health Organization regarding the COVID-19 pandemic.
Our business procedures have been adjusted to ensure a healthy interaction between our realtors and or property managers (licensees) and clients:
- All our licensees run a self health check before any necessary property showing or property management service. If they show flu like symptoms (dry cough, fever, headache, etc.), they self quarantine and the service will be delivered by another team member.
- Any prospect who has traveled outside the country or had any interaction with anyone who came from an overseas trip within the last 14 days are prohibited to attend any viewing appointment.
- When showing a property, physical interaction is not necessary. Our licensees and prospects view the property without touching anything. Further discussion about the property will be done via email or over the phone.
- We provide shoe covers, gloves and sanitizer to the client prior to showing a property.
