Rosario Setticasi is an Associate Broker at 88West Realty, bringing over 40 years of real estate experience across commercial, residential, and land transactions. His expertise includes opening and winding down offices, rebranding, and negotiating mergers, with a proven track record in offices, warehouses, mixed-use properties, farms, and residential real estate.
Rosario has held senior leadership roles with several brokerages, including Chief Compliance Officer and Broker Owner positions, and is widely respected for his mentorship, training, and leadership within the industry.
A long-standing and dedicated member of the Real Estate Board of Greater Vancouver, Rosario served as Director and President (2010–2012), advocating for Realtors® across the region. Provincially, he also served as a Director of the BC Real Estate Association (2016), helping strengthen inter-board collaboration and advance advocacy efforts with all levels of government.
Rosario is equally committed to community service, having supported initiatives such as Realtors Care, BC Children’s Hospital, and charitable fundraising programs. His depth of experience and strategic insight make him a valuable addition to the 88West Realty team.
