Reza Ghazanfari holds a degree in Industrial Engineering, a Master’s in Management from the University of Tehran, and a second Master’s in Ergonomics from Luleå University in Sweden. He is also a graduate of the Real Estate Trading program at UBC.
Before transitioning into the real estate market in Vancouver, Reza spent over 12 years in Iran’s construction industry as a builder and developer. During that time, he oversaw the construction of more than 96 apartment units from start to finish. This hands-on experience gave him a comprehensive understanding of every phase of development — from design and execution to finishing and final delivery.
Today, Reza works professionally in residential and commercial real estate, as well as in business purchases and sales.
His passion for real estate stems from a strong technical background, years of practical experience, and a deep interest in market analysis. He provides his clients with detailed evaluations supported by graphs, charts, and thorough documentation to help make informed decisions.
